Ok I haven't really seen any of his movies (apart from vincent and edSissrhands) but I know he should have his own topic!
The Fly isn't available in australia but when I go to america for a holiday I'm going to get it.

See if you can get The House on Haunted Hill (my personal favorite movie of his besides Ed Scissorhands), as well as Last Man on Earth and The Tingler.

his Roger corman/poe films are great... even the Oblong box is worth checking out (a poe story but no Corman) in fact its the only time Price and Christopher lee are in the same film.
Also the two Phibes are great.. . i didn't like Theater of blood,
and while house on haunted hill is excellent I'm trying to obtain the colour version.
The fly is great.. that ending.. . . and i quite liked the 'return of the fly' price as a bigger role in that.. its not as bad as people say. |
